Welcome to FALCO. These Terms & Conditions constitute a
legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of
an entity, and FALCO Premium Apparel, concerning your access to and use of our
website, bespoke applications, and global e-commerce platform.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND PROTECTION

The FALCO name, logo, proprietary knit blends, geometric
structures, custom stitching techniques, premium packaging designs, website
typography, imagery, and product assets are the exclusive intellectual property
of FALCO. Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, modification, or
distribution of our premium designs or materials for commercial use is strictly
prohibited. Legal actions will be taken against counterfeiters or unauthorized
distributors under international trademark and copyright laws.

2. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY, PRICING, & LIMITATIONS

• Exclusivity & Descriptions: FALCO designs high-end
T-shirts and luxury polo shirts using custom long-staple fabrics. While we
display the exact textures, fits, and colors accurately, minor screen
discrepancies may occur.

• Dynamic Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our
products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit
the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

• Anti-Reselling Clause: We reserve the right to refuse,
cancel, or limit any order that appears to be placed by dealers, resellers, or
bulk liquidators. FALCO products are sold exclusively for personal, luxury
consumption.

3. CONCIERGE SHIPPING, INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, & RISK PASSAGE

• White-Glove Dispatch: Every order is carefully packed in
custom FALCO signature boxes and shipped via premium courier services (e.g.,
DHL Express, FedEx Priority).

• Risk Transfer: Ownership and risk of loss pass to the
customer upon delivery of the goods to the designated carrier.

• Customs & Cross-Border Fees: For international
shipping, the customer acts as the importer of record and is liable for all
local customs duties, clearance fees, and import taxes levied by the
destination country.

4. 14-DAY RETURNS, HIGH-END QUALITY ASSURANCE, & REFUNDS

• Premium Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within
exactly 14 days of delivery.

• Pristine Condition Required: Returned garments must be
completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and missing no original tags, custom
security seals, or premium branding boxes.

• Quality Control (QC): All returns pass a rigorous
inspection process. Used, soiled, or damaged items will be returned to the
buyer at their own expense, and no refund will be issued.

5. ADVANCED LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall FALCO, its directors, craftspeople, or
affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential
damages arising from the use of our garments or the website. We do not
guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
